Yes — monthly and multi-month stays are our speciality; rates drop as the stay lengthens.
What visa do I need for 2–3 months?
Most European guests use visa exemption plus an extension, a tourist visa, or the DTV for remote workers — we point you to the right option for your case.
Is it doable with school-age kids?
Families do it every year — some bring schoolwork remotely, others use the island’s international schools for a term; we can share what past guests did.
What does a winter cost?
A monthly villa rate plus roughly European grocery prices for eating well — many guests find the total comparable to a hard winter at home. Ask for the current long-stay rates.
